looking for a great place to stay that is very convenient to beaches. good location is more important than economy. any suggestions?

My choice is Villa Boheme, or Casa Ensenada. Both are waterfront, but still need to get a vehicle for the beach.
The ones closest to the beach, are Tamarindo Estates, or Culebra Beach Villas.
