Hello,
My wife and I are planning to come to Culebra for a 2 week vacation in early 2017. Now in the process of looking for accommodations. Two questions: given that the leeward side of the island faces west does it have (1) more rain than the east, south or north; and (2) does that side - the west tend to have more insect issues, because it presumably has less of a breeze?
