Best Month for Clear, Calm Water

We've visited Culebra numerous times from December through March. Usually the winds are blowing consistently and the waves are great for body boarding. Now we are wanting to experience Culebra at other times of the year when the winds are calmer and the water, hopefully a little more clear.

Is there a time of the year that the winds and waves are little more calm and the water more clear?

I would be interested in hearing the experiences of other people.

Thanks Donna. I'll be checking his site every week or so to get a feel for how things change as the year progresses. A group of us is starting to talk about getting back to Casa Del Sol. So you may be hearing from us when we determine the dates.
