What is reliable one day can be non-existant the next day, AND February is a
long way off in ferry time. I think you may have made an error with the fare
for Cape Air. Most flights are between $77-90, one way and shoud be around
$200 round trip, times 4 only get you to $800, not $1200..
You might want to at least plan to fly to Culebra (so you won't be stressed out)
and then take the ferry on the return. By then you will be ready to "go with
the flow, island style"
