How to get around: Ext.Clark

I will be located for a 3 day vacation trip in Culebra and the villa is located in Ext Clark. I believe is the same as Barriada Clark. (Not sure where it's located or if it's far from everything) I read it's about 6 mins away from Flamenco (Which I want to visit). but, what else is near that I can do? Are there clubs,restuarants other nature adventures please suggest! thank youu

Should I rent a car or something to get around i'll be leaving saturday
