Power boat rentals and fishing licenses

Are there currently any businesses that rent power boats or skiffs on Culebra? The last time I visited there was a nice guy that rented 16 or 18 foot boats by the day or week. There are 4 of us visiting the last week of February and we were looking to snorkel and fish the area.

And what about fishing licenses? I can't find any info on where to buy them.

There are no boat rentals of any sort on Culebra. If you could purchase fishing license anywhere, it was probably be at Mimi Mas, just down the street from Milka. Have a great trip.

Travis, where you able to find a boat to rent?

Or anyone know of a local individual we may be able to rent a small boat from for a few days if there's no businesses that rent anymore?
