Charter Flight Suggestions

We are incredibly excited to return to Culebra next month. I tried phoning the pilot who flew us from SJU to Culebra last year and can not get through. Any suggestions for others who provide charter services? Thank you! (tried to search on message boards and didn't have any luck.)

Look under "Transport - getting there" on this website for contact information for airlines that fly to Culebra. I think Isla Nena is out of business, but Flamenco and VAL both offer flights. I thought Cape Air was going to start offering flights to Culebra from SJU, but don't see it on their website yet. MN Aviation flew our luggage over one year when it got to SJU the day after we left for Culebra, and they do charter flights. If Cape Air doesn't have a scheduled flight they might do a charter.
