Are there any Mountain bike rides/tours on Culebra like the ones offered on Vieques. Know the island is a lot smaller but know there are some hidden treasures off the beaten path that would be fun to ride to. The bike shop offeres rentals-but looking for something with more adventure/extensive if possible.
If you talk nice they will not only rent you at 1st class Mt. bike, but give you plenty of local info too. Free pickup, etc is included. They are also the couple that rent the VW Thing. Good People!
