Does anyone know if there are bars at Isla Grande airport and also at the airport in Culebra? What time do they open. I'm a little weary about flying and would like a drink before taking off. Thanks!

The bar at Isla Grande is closed. There is one at Culebra but I'm not sure if it has set hours. It mostly seems to be open when I travel through it. Another option is to ask your Dr. for anti-anxiety meds. Take the egde off w/out side effects. Except lightening your wallet.

I was also a bit nervous about my first flight from Isla Grande to Culebra in the small plane. Believe me when I say it was a very pleasant flight. Better than in the big jets, really. I will happily climb aboard the small plane on my next trip to Culebra! Just relax, before you know it you’re in the air and on your way. Take a peek out the window at the skyline of San Juan, its spectacular! The trip along the cost is beautiful and quick. The palm trees and beaches look gorgeous and there are lots of little Keys along the way. Before you know it your in Culebra, it's really marvelous! Sit back and enjoy! You will see I am right. If you would prefer an ocean view sit on the left hand side.
