Hi!
I'm planning on going to Culebra in a couple of weeks and I was wondering where and how much time it takes for public transportation from San Juan to Fajardo.
That's the only thing keeping me from getting there. XD

Depends on the time of day and the day of the week. It will be busier during the week during rush hour. Took us a hour and a half going from Fajardo to SJU Saturday.
