ok... I want to make clear a mistake someone wrote the part of the land is incorrect. Culebra is no a country is an island of the archipelago of Puerto Rico...so it is 20 miles of the east of the MAIN island of the archipelago, it is ON the east of PR no BY the east of PR. And since Culebra it is NOT a country so it doens't have a capital....Thank you for your time i hope that the mistake will be clear up so that the turists have the right information.
