I've been wondering the same thing!!
1. Can we travel from Culebra to Vieques early in the day, see the
island, visit the Bioluminescent Bay in the evening, then travel back to
Culebra?? Is this possible, or is this too much to do in one day??
2. If it is possible to do a day-trip to Vieques, how do we get around while
there?
I've read the reviews in this Forvm about the Bio Bay, and it seems like an
experience we should not miss. We do want to get back to Culebra that same evening, though.
Any suggestions?? In August, we're going to visit Culebra/Vieques for our first time.
