Our kids and friend will be leaving on a Tues on the 0630 ferry to Fajardo and from there catch the 9:30 ferry on to Vieques. Can they purchase tickets on Culebra for the ferry ride from Fajardo to Vieques, or do they have to wait until they get to Fajardo to purchase them? If so, will they have time to purchase them in Fajardo prior to catching the ferry to Vieques?
