Melones or Carlos Rosario -- but if you watch the sunset from Rosario make sure you have a good flashlight or headlamp for the walk back to Flamenco. Then reward yourself with a cold Medalla at the Flamenco kiosks.

Tamarindo has great Sunsets, I don't know if they still have a restuarant there, but if they do you can have dinner on the beach and watch the sunset at the same time.
