Culebra to/from Vieques

We hope to spend some time in Viequez as well as a week in Culebra. Seems like a shame to ferry fly to Viequez and then back to Fajardo to get to out to Culebra. Any one have any experience with a charter flight or boat between Viequez and Culebra?
