Options to travel Culebra -> Viequez

I will be in Culebra for a couple of weeks this June. A friend from NY that has never visted Culebra or Viequez, is flying down for 5 days. Besides the beaches, snorkling, etc on Culebra, I would like to take my guest on a tour of the bioluminescent bay on Viequez. Idealy, I would like to leave in the afternoon, stay one night on Viequez and then return to Culebra the next morning. Are there any options to get from one island to the other without having to return to Fajardo by ferry or Isla Grande airport by plane?

You can fly on Air Flamenco from Culebra to Vieques. I believe it's $70 rt pp.

i second the air flamenco deal. but i think you should try to plan more than one night on Vieques. get a taste of the island.
