I am interested in sampling some goat dishes while in Culebra. I was wondering how frequent goat is seen on restaurant menus, and if anyone had any restaurant recommendations where goat dishes are offered. Thanks, Dave

You will have a hard time to even find goat meat! Ergo no goat dishes on Culebra. I have eaten very good 'guiseo de cabra' in the mountains of PR though :)
