There was an article in today's issue of El Nuevo Dia about Culebra:

There was a man diving in Dakiti beach and was struck by a boater. He did not have the necessary buoys that should be used to mark the diving area. Luckily, he received medical attention and is fine. Please exercise caution. Use whatever floating markers you need to make others aware of your presence in the water when diving or snorkeling. Happy travels! J
