Hi all, There is a small group of us coming to Flamenco Beach Campground on 2/24 . I will be offering Kripalu yoga on the beach, just past the Tank, at the Northern end of the beach on 2/25 thru 3/3!!! I have been teaching yoga for over 15 years. What a great place for an am. class! Come on over around 8:30am. and join us--It will be fun! If you like the class, cost is $10. Bring a towel for sitting on.
