Dear Culebra,
We have been coming to your island for the past seven years and find it to be one of the most beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating places in the world!
Now, we have recently become engaged and cannot think of a place we we rather be married. We would like to have a very small wedding - 10-15 family members - most of our siblings will probably camp on Flamenco.
If anyone out there can help us with any of the details (for wedding on Culebra) we would GREATLY appreciate it.
For example: suggested time of year? We have usually come in late Dec./January. and have found it very quiet (which we enjoy). This past year we came in November - equally amazing, but extremely mosquitoey. i know the beaches are closed for the turtles at some point & there is a hurricane season...
If you have any tips for time of year (for a camping-wedding) please let us know.
Also, Price ofcourse, will play a factor... we are a young couple and will be paying for the cost of our own wedding. We would like to keep the costs low & we would like to keep the business we provide in Culebra, instead of jobing out to mainland PR. So... if you know any musicians? Or any other way to make this day special...we are very open minded. and are just looking to have a special, low key event.
Again, we would love to hear any & all suggestions or advice.
