Rental Car Fajardo - San Juan

Has anyone rented a car in Fajardo one-way to San Juan? We are flying to Culebra, but my husband has never been to Puerto Rico and I want to spend a day hiking in El Yunque and stay nearby, before heading to Old San Juan for the last day before we fly out. It looks like Leaseway might be the only option? Does anyone know how far Leaseway is from the ferry dock?

For drop off in San Juan I know of two options.

Thrify ($39.99/day + ins.) & $60.00 drop off fee. They will pick you up at the ferry dock.

or

Leaseway, which is aprox. $95 including the drop off fee. The last that I knew they would also pick you up at the ferry dock.
