We will be in Culebra next Saturday. Will dive at least three days with Culebra drivers. What are the water temps and surface conditions this time of year?

Water temps are virtually the same year round, within a couple degrees or so.
Surface conditions vary, but no more now than any other time of the year. Unless there's a storm. But hurricane season is pretty much over. Still, small storms can come any time.
