The campground is the only place camping is permitted. Mid November you shouldn't have much of a difficult time having a quiet place to camp there and you can't beat the surroundings. Especially if you aren't here on a weekend, it should be good. Later than that, things change (ok, you mid-november campers, back me up or shoot down that theory).
If you decide to go bush and set up a tent, don't tell us about it, please!
There are flats that are excellent for bone fishing, but they are far enough off the shore line (not beach areas) that you'd best be a good swimmer! Ask around when you get here, or give Chris Goldmark a ring, he'll be back from the states by then and is our fly fishing guide, par excellence. He has a website listed on this site that you can check out. He's a great guy and knows Culebra waters well...clients catch fish with him, which is the idea!
