Hello Culebra residents,
My wife and I are thinking of moving to Culebra permanently and are looking for properties for sale. Looking at general listings does not yield much so was wondering if there are some websites that deal with real estate.
Also what would it take to build something though I can imagine it being prohibitevly expensive plus more construction I am sure will negatively impact the nature.
