One day in Culebra, what would you do?

We will be there for one day, we're flying in from Vieques at 10:00 and our flight leaves at 5:00. We have already reserved scooters.

Where is the best snorkeling and where would be the best place to grab a picnic lunch? We will be there on a Tues so I'm not sure that a lot of the road side stands would be open.

We're wide open for suggestions

food-wise you'll be ok.

since you really only have a few hours - stick to the obvious - Flamenco. if you don't killing 20 minutes each way, hike over to Rosario while there.

or since you do have scooters, scoot down to Punta Soldado. I'd suggest Zoni, but the drive is kinda long (relative to Culebra).

'course though it could be fun just to roll around the island spending a few minutes here and there so you have a better idea for your next visit...
