You can fly direct from the International Airport on Isla Nena for $135 RT per person.

Can you get round trip planes.

i.e. pay for a plane and put up to 6 people in it for one fee.

Do you mean to charter the whole plane for your group? Yes. Isla Nena, Vieques Air Link, Air Culebra - try those. Not all fly out of San Juan International; you may need to take a cab to Isla Grande Airport a few miles away. There are nine seats on Isla Nena's plane, so you wouldn't need to charter if they have six seats available.
