I will be visiting Culebra soon and are trying to get a list of places to eat together. These are the ones I have so far....

Pandeli
El Eden
El Batey
El Caobo
Heathers
Barbara Rosa's
El Patio panadaria
Happy Landings bar
Oasis “chuck’s pizza”
Dinghy Dock
Mamacitas

Any other suggestions of places to get some good food? I would really appreciate it, THANKS!

Scratch off Oasis "chicks pizza" because it is the same as Heathers. Last time I was on Culebra, Happy Landings was liquor only. Juanita Bananas, Seaborne, and Bahia Marina are all upscale dining establishments, by Culebra standards. I'm looking forward to trying out the new place, The Fox's Lair, sometimes called Suzy's. I've not tried Cafe Isola. Pandeli has breakfast and lunch items, very similar to Patio. There are several more that I can't bring to mind at this moment.

Cafe Isola is closed. The owners are opening a new place called The Spot next to Heather's.
