Hotel Advice for early September

Hi!

I am taking my first trip to Culebra in the beginning of September (4th and 5th) and would love accomodation advice. I would like to stay somewhere near Flamenco Beach for a reasonable rate. The majority of hotels I have seen are closer to town. Is it far to Flamenco Beach from town? Looking at the map, it is hard to get a sense of exact mileage. So far, I have the following hotel recommendations:

Casita Linda
Culebra Ocean View Guesthouse
Casablanca Condo
Villa Fulladoza

Can anyone tell me more about their stay in any of these?
