does it make sense to go to the biobay, Vieques, or Culebra if it's going to rain all weekend when I'm there? I have reservations on Vieques for Friday and Saturday.

not sure if this response is too late, but go! the forecast for our trip back at the end of march was rainy as well but nothing doing when we were there - nothing but sunshine and clear skies. not saying it won't rain, but the forecast doesn't seem to apply to culebra or vieques. good luck!
