I live in California but got married and had an island wedding in Culebra on July 30, and we hired Carlos Miguel Cruz to take our wedding video. We paid him his fee of $1,200-and we paid him on time but to this day we have not received our wedding video. I have been trying to reach him and he said he would mail it but I no luck! It has been 7 long months--my family is so eager to watch the video but sadly I have to tell them that I don't have one.
He was so quick to cash our check but the service has been disappointing. If anyone sees Carlos Miguel Cruz , works at BAHIA MARINA can you PLEASE give me any information or alert him to mail me my video ASAP.....thank you my email is : meji75@hotmail.com

IT IS APRIL AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WEDDING VIDEO...I GOT MARRIED IN CULEBRA BACK IN JULY 30,2005 AND HIRED CARLOS MIGUEL CRUZ AS MY WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER. I PAID HIM $1,200 AND THE VIDEO WAS TO INCLUDE FOOTAGE ON CULEBRA. I PAID AND HELD MY END OF THE DEAL OF THE CONTRACT BUT YET HE STILL HAS NOT SENT MY VIDEO! HIS PHONE IS NOT WORKING AND I AM UNABLE TO REACHHIM...BASICALLY HE HAS NOT MAILED ME ANYTHING OR EVEN CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED. HE COULD AT LEAST CALL OR EMAIL ME AT MEJI75@HOTMAIL.COM I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA...PLEASE IF ANYONE SEES HIM TELL HIM TO SEND MY VIDEO AND CALL ME AT 408-838-0120 OR 408-504-8891 I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED. YOu should try to contact the police there, or an attorney.
Maybe even the city hall and ask for suggestions, given that you do not live there.
This is the kind of person that needs to be exposed, and procesed.
Keep trying and make those phone calls.
