fly selection for b-fish/permit/tarpon

Hey there kids,

Thanks for all the help so far. This board is THE resource for Culebra, and you guys have come through!!!

One more question. Any suggestions for fly patterns to bring to Culebra? I am guessing that there is not a fly-fishing store on the island. I have a nice selection of salt-water flys, and I have heard that crazy charlies (#6-#8) work nice for bonefish. Any other tips?

I know nothing about fishing, but I know there is an expert on Culebra. Contact Chris Goldmark. Chris sells fishing "stuff" in the local stores, but I don't know if they are what you are looking for.

Yeah, Chris will be in the states when we are there, and he gave us the name of another guide, which we booked next Saturday. Exactly one week from now, I will be fishing. Thanks for the info!
