Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to spend a day with 2 kids (7 and 10) on Culebra? I'm interested in the best way to get around - car vs. boat rental vs. water taxi or if it makes more sense to bring our rental car from PR on the car ferry. Also, are there a handful of places to see that are within a reasonable distance from each other so we wouldn't have to spend a lot of time traveling around?

In CUlebra life goes by at a very slow pace.
If I were you, I'll get a car and find my way around. Water taxis & boats, may be booked for that day.
Even I still think it will be a very hard time ( one day ), it is for sure that renting a car is the only way to enjoy the few hours you will have.
