Hi - we're visiting culebra next week and i'm so overeager to get there i' ve been checking the weather reports daily. how come every day is listed as partly cloudy with a chance of scattered showers! is it because every day a rain squall comes through? we were really looking forward to some lounging in the sun.

We were on Culebra for a bad storm, and you know what? Who cares? We walked around in the rain, snorkeled in the rain, went to the beach in the rain - no big deal! And even then it only rained for about 4 hours - we got sunburned that afternoon at Zoni!!
