Hello,
My family is looking to move out of the main 48, and I am thinking about buying a home on the island for year-round use. Seems that https://www.islandrealtyculebra.com/ does not have any Single family options in our price range (up to 300k).
Is this typical of the housing supply? How often does the lower-price inventory turn over?
Steps one and two are an upcoming initial visit (check out the school and the town) and a long-term rental to learn what areas we like, so our buy is likely more than a year out.
