Ferry to Culebra

What is the current status of the ferry from Ceiba to Culebra? If it is operating scheduled trips, can I buy tickets in advance?

Hi Michael,
I was planning a trip to Culebra on 2/23 and returning on 2/24. I tried to book advance online ferry tickets from Ceiba, but they're all sold out. Should I assume that I can, or cannot, buy tickets in person the day of by showing up one hour before the ferry leaves (presumably at 12:30 PM)?
