My wife I are planning a trip to Culebra. While planning our trip we came across some information about visitors having a hard time getting on the ferry the ferry from Ceiba to Culebra.
My wife has been so excited to show me this beautiful island, but we don't want to book lodging if we can't get on the ferry... anybody have any additional information that might help?
