Getting from SJU to Fajardo

We visited Vieques some years back, rented a car at SJU and parked it at the ferry terminal in Fajardo. I'd like to know if there is some kind of car service we could arrange to get us from SJU to Fajardo and then back some days later. There is a lot of information online but it is conflicting and not always current.

you now have to get to Ceiba! The ferry leaves from there!
