Hello,
I will be traveling to Culebra July 4-11 with 1 friend. Our trip will be spent diving, spearfishing, and relaxing.
I am wondering if there's anybody or any businesses on the island that will rent a dinghy or another small motorboat to us for 3 days?
We have a house that will allow us to dock it or beach it and are just looking for a little freedom on the water vs. requiring charters or taxis.
