When / where to buy local fish?

I have heard that you can purchase fish directly from local fisherman returning to the shore.
Is there a certain place they gather?
Certain time of the day?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Dennis at 787-424-3093. He goes out fishing and lobstering a few times/week. He's out at Tamarindo. I got a 6lb hog fish from him and it was awesome!I cleaned my own so if you don't do that ask him to do it for you.
