Culebra post-hurricane situation

How many restaurants are open? Does the whole island have electricity?
Thinking about coming. Besides my investment in the community with my dollars, what else might I consider bringing that could be needed?

The dingy dock and crusty crab were not open as of 1/24. Bring lots of cash since most places are still not taking credit cards. Call ahead for a rental vehicle as many of Carlos jeeps went to San Juan being rented by FEMA folks. The whole island has electricity 7x24. No interrupts at all.
