is the beach calm for A WEAK swimmer i meant on my last posting.I taking my younger sister.

On most days the Trades blow from the northeast and the leeward beaches are on the west side of the island. Soldado, Melones, Tamarindo and Carlos Rosario are all on the west side. Avoid Resaca and Brava beaches anytime - heavy currents and undertow. Once in a while, the winds are out of the south or west. On these days Zoni is gentle within the first 100 meters from the sand. Farther out there is a strong current.
