Hi all, we'll be down next week and I want to get a good chef's knife for the house. I can't think of where I could buy that on the island...anyone know? I'm talking quality blade...I don't care what the handle looks like. Or, should I buy one on Amazon and have it shipped (we don't check bags so not bringing knives with us).
