Can't wait for 12 days in beautiful Culebra!
Is Chef Richie running a restaurant on the island these days? We met him when he was at Tamarindo Estates back in the day, and then he was at the Costa Bonita condos.
His menu was by far the best!
Or how about the lady selling pulpo near the airport? Delish!
