Weather in April

Last time we were in Culebra it was the last week of February. This year we are thinking about visiting from March 26-April 4. Can you tell me if there are any changes with the weather at that time of year that I should expect? Thanks!

Late March/April will be less windy, but and likely to have more pesty bugs so prepare for that...
