Hi! I'm moving to Culebra October 2015. I want to know about renting an apartment, transportation around town, cellphone service, Internet, meditation sites, Jerusalem United Methodist Church, etc. Any advice will be greatly appreciated! I'm looking forward to meeting new friends there.
