Ate there last week. Gio is a cool cat, so is his wife who runs the bar for him.
Food was great, ceviche was simple and amazing and a bargain for $12, big portion.
Other stuff was very expensive, especially drinks. I was expecting a lunch bill of $80, came out to $130 (us and the three kids who had burgers, we only had ceviche, the rest was drinks including virgin daiquiris for the kids). Drinks that you pay $4 for at heathers and dinghy doc are 7 or 8. Burgers are $13 (!). Came with nice homemade chips and delicious slaw, but still pretty steep for a burger on Culebra.
They're open 12-3 and 6-10pm I believe, not sure which days but definitely on the weekend.
Gio and Laurel are great peeps, and Gio knows how to cook. Definitely recommend.
