Jim Peterson rents kayaks on Culebra. He is the other half of Barbara Rosa's restaruant. Jim is a good guy in an island sort of way. Culebra is a great area to kayak. We have a Folbot we take down every year and go everywhere with it. Best beaches and snorkeling areas are just a paddle away. Jim's #787-379-1973. Have a great time!
