There is a group who is trying to build 5 wind mills over looking Flamenco.
Think about this, the ridge line is approx 300 ft above sea level and the windmills to be put on the top of the ridge line are 390 ft in height
check out culebra forum on facebook there is some diagrams to put this into perspective.
