transport from Vieques to Culebra

We would like to travel from Vieques to Culebra w/o having to return to mainland PR . Does anyone know of a boat or yacht charter that could take 2 people from Vieques to Culebra around the end of March?

Good morning,
There really isn't anything like that available here.

Call Flamenco Air as they do add flights between the islands at $25pp (10 min. flight). Normallly they have a 4 person min. , but in March that shouldn't be a problem &/or you can always pay the min., i.e. $50 each to get the flight added.
