Looking to find out more about the apartment rentals at Costa Bonita. Have read the reviews about it sounding like an episode out of the 'Twilight Zone', with no one around, either renters or workers, pool, restaurant not working, etc. What is the place like now? Pictures of rooms and pool look wonderful, but why aren't people going there? Thanks!
I think the original owner developer went
bankrupt and the condominium owners
took over. They still have a lot of condos
that didn't sell and the ones who are trying
to sell keep lowering there prices. I don't
know if the problem is Costa Bonita or the
real estate problem nationwide, it's probably
a combination of both.
